My husband went and had an appointment and the optometrist was rude and when my husband said he couldnt read the chart, because it was blurry, the doctor was rude and switched to the next eye. He gave him a perscription which was wrong. We went for a second opinion and the results were totally different. Not pleased with this business
- Came in for an eye exam, am on assistance, so only one exam covered a year, understandable. - Get glasses, glasses do nothing for right eye, double vision persists - 2 weeks later, vision in my right eye is worse. Come in for a free follow-up, express concerns to Dr. Afkhami, doctor basically says "skill issue" and to just get used to the glasses - more time passes, issue with eye incredibly frustrating, can barely read. Fantastic service, super helpful when I had questions. Honestly was my first time seeing an optometrist since I was a kid, so having the staff be friendly and open was fantastic. I will note that the optometrist is on the second floor up a flight of stairs with no elevator access, to anyone who may have the use of a mobility aid.
