Top notch service! I had been having problems with my glasses purchased from another store and I went here to get an adjustment as my glasses were causing pain. They didnt charge me and I didnt have to wait for service. Very thorough!
I recently had an upsetting issue with my glasses frames and Scott dealt with it promptly and with class. I came home feeling relieved and happy. Once again Scott aims to please. He goes above and beyond. I'd recommend Kawartha Optical as a place to find friendly and great service. Ellie Steele.
My husband went and had an appointment and the optometrist was rude and when my husband said he couldnt read the chart, because it was blurry, the doctor was rude and switched to the next eye. He gave him a perscription which was wrong. We went for a second opinion and the results were totally different. Not pleased with this business
