Accidentally booked the wrong date and they were very accomodating!
I had given up on Dealers thinking they were all just interested in the hard sell. "You'll need x,y, and z done to your car before we'll do a front end alignment".... Not this place ! They are open and transparent with state and issues with your car. They make recommendations that are pragmatic and fair. The entire staff act like a big family. What a refreshingl change. I've found my new MOPAR home.
I used to drive a Denali diesel until this dealership a Mr Zand (great guy really down to earth)put me in the seat of my Dodge Ram cummins … I will never go back to a gmc dealership ever again there’s no comparison not even close. Honestly in my opinion Kawartha Chrysler is the best dealership I have ever dealt with in all my years of buying trucks…..
