I do not normally post negative reviews but I am hoping to save someone a lot of issues. The service manager is a scam artist. We took our 2017 1-ton diesel in for servicing on the door (the window was not working). We mentioned that we do not want the 67A recall on the emission system done because everyone we know that has preformed the recall has issues with the DEF system after it.
