I have purchased 4 vehicles for this dealership BUT after the last service appointment I will never go back. They stated that since I purchased Extended Warranty (thru Chrysler) that they are not responsible for investigating why a Steerwheel malfunctioning is not covered. They had several people plug in the same part number into the same system and expected a different result. (I think that is the definition of insanity) When it came back the same their said that was the end, No Help after that. I hope many people read this... read more
I took my Jeep in for service. I have Full extended Warrantee for 5 yrs and the Jeep is only 3.5 yrs old. But guess what Nothing is covered. Surprise Surprise!! and the only reason they could give me was the "they entered the number into the system and it came back as not covered. Now they want 240$ for telling me that. Nice Job
