I just had a Napoleon Bayfield model freestanding propane stove installed by Kawartha Clean Air & Burning Sensations. The installers Tony and Ben were so meticulous about their work. We could not be happier with the finished install of our propane stove. They listened to how we wanted the stove installed. They removed our old fireplace insert and mantle with great care cleaning as they went. Every part of the install went smoothly. I would highly recommend them.
My wife and I were very disappointed in the low brow sales tatic we ran into at this place of business. We inquired about a show room model that they said they were clearing out at a good price. So the price we were given seemed okay, but then the sales rep came out to our place and came up with a price with all the extras added onto it . You would assume that a price given for the showroom model would be for that exact stove with whatever came with it , but no, we were told after that they have to charge over 600 dollars ex... read more
Heat pump fan issue resolve very quickly
I called regarding service to my Napoleon gas unit over a month ago. I was redirected to several people during that time and told a repair man would get to me. 4 weeks from the initial contact, I called to ask what's happening and they tell me they don't have the manpower to help me. It's November now and the unit isn't recreational but a main source of heat for the sunroom in my home. When I suggested this information might have been more helpful a month ago, I was told, "I just don't know what else to tell you".
We had an issue with a fireplace that we didn't even purchase from them. (That was our first mistake) They went above and beyond to get us looked after. Friendly staff, great service. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Would recommend them to anyone.
