Came to the cottage for Thanksgiving weekend and the newly serviced propane fireplace not working.Called Kawartha Clean Air and was told on Friday that someone can come out to see it on Tuesday! Great help that is with NO HEAT in the cottage all weekend long and 20 people on Sunday for Thanksgiving dinner! Won’t be dealing with this company again!
I want to thank Graham and his team for their speedy install of a new furnace due to a serious problem with my the old one. Thanks to Zach for a thorough inspection during the bi-annual maintenance which discovered the issue, and to Tony and Ben for the fast and professional installation. My experience with every staff member at Kawartha Clean Air has always been courteous and friendly. I trust Graham and his team to look after my HVAC needs.
We just had a service call from Zac at Burning Sensations. What a polite and knowledgeable man, eager to satisfy our needs! We have dealt with this company for around 20 years, and have always had a totally outstanding experience.
