From the first visit we made to Kawartha Clean Air, our experience has been with a remarkably friendly, exceptionally helpful staff. Graham provided a very thorough description of the product and the installation. The installers have been great and the office people have looked after any questions and purchase details. Our experience is that the Napoleon mini-split is proving to be an excellent solution to our air conditioning. Certainly this heat wave is a good test.

We went to Kawartha Air for our new furnace, air conditioner and generator, and had them check our our gas fireplace when they were here. Every staff member we spoke to was helpful and easy to deal with (that's SO rare nowadays!), and the installs went well. 5 star rating is well deserved :)
They make using their service an enjoyment. Excellent customer service from start to finish. The installers of the heat pump and air handler kept things clean, not easy to do when you are removing an old wood furnace. They explained everything and thoroughly cleaned up at the finish. I look forward to continuing the relationship.
