Nurse Janet was not only INCREDIBLY rude and dismissive to me, but also to my mother and father who she asked me to call about my family history, rolled her eyes any time anyone tried to answer her questions, and stormed out of the room angrily when I respectfully asked for the doctor as I felt quite uncomfortable continuing to speak with her. "Doctor" Kraus is almost as bad. She's disturbingly condescending and told me that my entire family history, my years of experience with my symptoms and fainting spells, etc., are all ... read more
My husband was refered to this clinic after his stroke over a month ago and has not yet recieved an appointment date. This is totally unacceptable.
