I chuckled after reading the comments about the receptionist being rude. I have dealt with Kawartha Cardiology Clinic whilst under the influence of medications that can cause aggression, violence, mood swings. In short, I can be rude, belligerent and impatient. I initially missed my first appointment as I failed to confirm my appointment before attending. I was rescheduled and confirmed that appointment and was able to complete part of the test. Rude incompetent receptionist never answers the phone and rarely calls back, the nurse is excellent though
Great staff! Friendly, efficient and caring! Wonderful experience start to finish. Much better than my experience with this clinic 20 years ago♥️
