Great experience
The visit felt rushed. I think this practice overbooks. Dr Desai herself was knowledgeable and pleasant, but the visit with literally lasted 10 min, I felt I was holding her back when I asked a few questions in the end.
During my recent (and first) appointment with Dr. Desai I was very impressed with (1) how she took the time to really explain the what and probable cause for my condition, (2) her patience and the thorough way in which she listened and addressed all of questions and (3) the overall professionalism displayed during my appointment.
Dr Desai and her staff were great! Pleasant surroundings and no long wait. Easy to make an appointment by phone after one attempt choosing an available appointment online that turned out not to be accurate. I had a small cyst on my scalp that needed to be removed and instead of making me come back a second time, Dr Desai was able to take care of it then and there! I’m coming back to her for my annual skin check too.
Dr. Desai was thorough, knowledgeable and explained her process and the condition and treatment thoroughly. I appreciated the level of respect afforded me and information provided. I highly recommend Dr. Desai.
