I felt that she cared, she listened and she is easy to have a conversation with. I am glad that I made the change to Dr. Shanker-Patel and this convenient location.
Dr. Shanker-Patel is wonderful. She is always kind, welcoming, and very attentive to your needs and concerns. I stumbled upon her about 2 years ago and did not want to go to another practitioner since. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Shanker Patel had a very minimal wait time but did not rush through the appointment. Instead, she took her time with the examination and answered any questions. Not only did she answer questions, but she provided explanations in simple terms and why she is prescribing certain medications. She also discussed what steps can be taken to help improve my health. She also provides a thorough after visit summary, which is helpful for future reference.
Dr shanker is a great and good dr. She is very nice and listens to every thing u say to her she is patience. I will definitely recommend my friends and family members to dr shanker. Anna Bastien
I have had back pain in the past, and aggravated it pretty terribly. I was out of town in Cleveland and was in extreme pain. Dr. Shanker-Patel was able to answer my phone call, go through all of the trouble I was having, and actually called in medication for me to pick up at a local pharmacy! She is extremely caring and really takes her time to get to know the patient in order to give the best medical advice possible! I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone who CARES!
I am so glad I found Dr. Shanker! She is such a caring doctor who explained everything about my condition in detail down to the nuts and bolts and explained why she was giving me a medication and what it would do. She drew a diagram for me and showed me examples online. She called a few days later to check up on me also. She's one of the best doctors I have encountered and her office staff is very friendly. I barely had to wait either. I'd recommend her to all my friends!!!
Dr. Shanker takes time with her patients and explains problems in detail. She really cared about me and was very genuine.
Dr. Shankar bedside manner is friendly but she doesn't follow through on what she promises to do. I was in the last stages of getting ready for a big surgery, 1 week away, and she promised to check her email that Friday afternoon and through the weekend to make sure my tests results were normal and if there was astray she would let me know so over the weekend I could have it taken care of. I heard from her 4 days later about an issue and now I am rushing to get it handle!!!
