Extremely unprofessional. Extremely unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and find ANY other business to work with. It started with a false advertisement of a property. I showed up to view a property and what was advertised was a completely different unit from what I was presented. The unit I walked into was MUCH less impressive. While deciding I could "settle" for the lesser in hopes that the better unit becomes available they recommended I make a deposit, so I did. As a landlord, I have been working with Newport Rents/ Kavanagh Grant agency for years. I have found them to be extremely professional, prompt to emails, and texts. I have even gone as far as buying a home using their agency. I have had great success with all the tenants that they have placed as well. I would recommend this agency.
The WORST reality group in all of RI. DO not use them. Contacted them multiple times finally Maria got back to me only to cancel the showings we ha already lined up. The word around town is that this is where kids go to start a career in reality....unprofessional
