I called to set up a new patient appointment and was asked the usual intake questions such as child's age, insurance, etc. However, I was surprised when they asked whether I believe in vaccinations. I explained, kindly and respectfully, that I do not vaccinate [for religious reasons]. The staff member then told me that Dr. Pandya does not want to see patients who do not vaccinate. My kids has been with Dr. Pandya for the last 19 years plus years. He been nothing but great, respectable, direct, and answers all questions and concerns. I am greatly pleased and appreciative of him.

Called to make an appointment, when I answered the receptionist was quiet. I said hello is this the drs office? She said yes? Immediately I was already irritated. I said are you accepting my insurance, she said yes how old, etc. refused to see my child because she wasn’t immunized. And hung up on me. What a GREAT drs office!
