I really can’t thank Dr. Kaushansky enough for his help over the past year. I was having pretty significant relationship problems, and was feeling confused about what my future held. I had seen therapists in the past with only mediocre success so I was somewhat hesitant to start over. All that concern and wariness changed however from our first few sessions together. Dr. Kaushansky helped me through a painful loss I experienced last year. He approached my situation thoughtfully and with compassion. He gave me coping mechanisms that helped me to better approach my day to day, and ultimately helped me build the confidence to move forward in my life.
