Embarrasingly bad customer service and response – While the properties managed by Kauri may seem attractive and enticing, the service from Kauri (or the lack thereof) is embarrassing. I live in a Kauri owned building and it takes weeks to get any repairs done. The workmanship of the buidling is questionable. The heat doesn't work well, the air conditioner doesn't work well....and the response is basically "tough luck". I would not recommend this company to anyone.
