I called on Jan 8th to make my first appointment based on a friend’s referral. I spent 25+ min on phone with the receptionist, who very clearly did not value me as a new patient. She told me I couldn’t make an appointment without sending an advanced copy of my insurance card. I said “ok, I’ll call someplace else”. Then she said she could make the appointment on the 23rd. I’ve brought my seven kids to Dr. Kaur for many years and we have always been pleased with her help! She’s very good with the little kids, who are sometimes nervous about their cleanings

My husband came in this morning for a bad tooth infection and the doctor sends a prescription then the pharmacy calls and says they don’t have it then the receptionist says the doctor left for the day and then she’s not back in office until Thursday how can you leave someone in pain that can’t eat, hard to drink, and can’t get it pulled for 2 weeks this is unacceptable and unprofessional

Dr Kaur and her assistant Dr.Trish are the best dentist in frederick county. You want good service? come here, You want someone who will give you good conversation during ur visit? come here, you want good prices on dental work? come here. Dr Kaurs dentist office is the best thing going and if you miss out then you’ll regret it because this place is LEGIT. All love for Dr Kaur and Dr.Trish my teeth were wicked before i came in and they got me a new smile like it was nothing.
