After some extensive and unexpected repairs were needed on my diesel Ram I won't bring my truck to anyone else. The staff here are amazing. This is the place to go if you need repairs... Thank you Sam and Nick for all your help in getting me my truck back...
I’ve been taking my 2012 Ram 2500 diesel to Nick @ Kaufman’s for a few years now and while I don’t always like the price of my aging truck repairs, Nick and Sam have always been honest, patient and treated my truck and myself with respect. You will get the straight goods from them and no pressure tactics. Up next for us, new rear brakes and a commercial safety!
Honestly, the worst place to visit. They are extremely over-priced. Yes Sam is Amazing. Yes the people who are working at the garage are nice and polite. The price of labor is through the roof. I had an issue with fuel tank. I paid $1800 for fuel tank replacement. I inquired with other garage and they quoted me $400. This place is over-priced and a scam.
Nick is honest and I would highly recommend him for quality repairs!
I always receive excellent service at Kaufman's Garage. It is my preferred choice for sending my field service vehicles (Crown Lift Trucks). They are consistently prompt with appointments, deliver parts on time, and get my team back on the road quickly. Most recently, my father-in-law took his truck there and was pleasantly surprised that the review, quote, and completion of the work were all done before the scheduled appointment time. The service at Kaufman's Garage is always fantastic.
