Wow! I just had an outstanding experience with Kaufmann's. On New Year's Eve morning, one of our garage door tension springs snapped. I called Kaufmann’s, and the office staff couldn’t have been more patient and empathetic. Our garage door was in BAD shape. I called Kaufmann's based on other people recommending them and I am glad I got that recommendation. They put me on the schedule quickly and showed up on time.
