My appointment was with Dr Megan Cortazzo. I have a complex medical history due to a connective tissue disease and comorbid conditions. When I meet with a new doctor and I don’t know what to expect, I have a lot of anxiety. However, Dr Cortazzo and the staff I met with were all amazing and personable at the PM&R building. Easy parking, easy access.
I write this in the hopes that other lives aren't ruined by a doctor that I prey is no longer a doctor. Laveena Singla is her name. And I spent 15 minutes with her talking about headaches I've had my entire life and some dizziness I experienced one day for about 30 seconds. She can barely speak or understand English, she also cannot write a single legible word, its unbelievable she was aloud to practice in the first place. Their response time is terrible. The only way I can get in contact with one of my team providers is if I call a random department to leave them a message on my behalf. I had an urgent issue that was left outstanding for over two weeks.
