Tom *******showed up on time for our initial estimate and was always available for followup calls and additional questions. As we were also dealing with other renovation/repair projects ourselves with other companies Tom provided helpful guidance on which order to get them scheduled. Keng in scheduling was also very helpful and prompt with followup to any questions I had. He was easy to contact and able to schedule around other events (like the city street sweeping). We had our roof replaced with a metal roof. Kaufman’s quote was lower than the others and they did a great job. Answered all our questions. The people who installed the roof were friendly, even when the neighbors stopped to ask them questions. They cleaned up really well and even came back after the snow was gone to make sure they didn’t miss any nails or trash. We had a really good experience and would recommend them.
