No customer service and the technician did a poor job!
If you offer free rotation and balancing then why not have an express bay just for this? But now if you're female they will take your vehicle right on back. Next set of tires will come from a different place.
Suppose to be first come first serve on the weekends with no appointments. However, they still let people make appointments. So why don’t you tell someone that you are going to honor the 4 eight o’clock appointments? Here I am waiting on my car thinking I was the 3rd person in line this morning. And should be gone by now.
I've done business with Kauffman for many years new tires, oil changes etc.for at least 5 different vehicles. Bought new tires one week ago having issues with tire pressure took it back and they won't even look at unless I pay $20 plus. I'm very disappointed and will take my business elsewhere

Customer NO Service. Would not honor a gift certificate purchased at an event. I had 5 oil changes and they would not honor the last 2. The paper work had no explanation date on it.
