Been waiting here for over 2 hours and still waiting just to get 4 new tires put on my car
(Monday) Husband dropped the car off around 9:30am to fix the brakes. He was told the part would be in around 11:30am. I Arrived back to the shop around 3:30pm and I'm still sitting here waiting for them to be finished (6:20pm) with no update as to how much longer it will be. The guy that I've been talking to is nice though, but time management is not their forte. Obviously. ��
I want to thank you for staying late to help my son, he was 5 states away with a broke car, as a mother I was panicked, you will be in my prayers, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. This is not only good Business, but a GREAT act of compassion.
I spoke to the manager of this store and was quoted a price on 2 tires for my Nissan Sentra. I told him I would be there the next day to get them. When I arrived the next day, the manager told me he would not uphold the deal. Bad customer service!
