Recommendedwaiting but she is getting new tires alignment and oil change
The techs have no idea what they are doing. I took my truck and car here for an alignment. They didn't center my steering wheel. I took it back and asked that they realign it with the steering wheel centered. I was told that the steering wheel was the issue although the steering wheel was centered prior to me taking it to them. They didn't realign it but suggested that I take it to the Kauffman Tire in Stockbridge. They are lazy and don't know what they are doing! Avoid this place. The wait is too long. You make an appt and sit and wait for 45min to a hour for the car to go back.
this dealership has really fallen down. used to be attentive service people, but with just a few customers ahead of me, I have been here an hour and a half and they have not even taken my car for service yet!!
Drove to this location with a visible flat tire. Notified that manager that something was wrong with my tire sensor stated it was flat. Manager came out side and check sensors told me all of them were bad. I’m assuming the manager either didn’t want to help me or didn’t feel like working. He didn’t even check the tire for a puncture basically told me it was nothing he could do in the parking lot. Stopped there traveling on vacation to Gatlinburg Tennessee and had tire smoking and burning smell. Stopped in at 1:37 on 2/7 to have it looked at. Said it was the caliper & rotors on the back. So said to fix it. So it took over 2 1/2 hrs to get parts twice because got wrong parts first time!! Acting like they wasn't in a rush to get to it!! People who are not knowledgeable about vehicles should not take the cars to Kaufman. Either Kaufman is not as knowledgeable themselves or they take advantage and try to take your money. This is a warning. Get a second opinion before allowing Kaufman to do any work other than taking tires off and on.
