Went for two tires- after an hour they were done only for me to drive off and realize they replaced the wrong two tires. They made it right and I told them I would be back within the month for my other two tires. Called, made the appt, but needed to move it up to earlier in the afternoon. I understand they had other people with appointments, but I have yet to get a call back from the manager which I requested on Thursday. They definitely do not move quickly...

9a appointment, 11a they had not started, 12:21 not done. taking up my entire day for a tire rotation, fix a flat, oil change. they should have told me at 9 they were short handed, only car I have so i have to wait and missed work since I only asked for 1/2 day off. Not happy with visit at all. guess because rotation was "free" since I bought tires here I wait behind paying customers. even though I was also getting oil change and air check. did I mention not happy with taking over five hours for this !!!! visit !@&#'
