After waiting three hours somewhere else just to have them look at my tire I decided to try somewhere else. This store is amazing! They were helpful and friendly.

I am pretty picky when it comes to my vehicles. We all know finding a good shop, with good mechanics, and good prices is hard to do. Kauffman Tire delivered on all. I live close by and saw an advertised special while driving by. The location is brand new and very nice. They have a nice waiting area. Horrible customer service. Lack of knowledge and arrogant service personnel.
I got a flyer in the mail and called to get a quote after having been given a quote by Savannah tire that was outrageous. Kauffman tire is much more affordable with great customer service! Definitely will get my business from now on.
