Very honest and excellent customer service. Tire prices are very reasonable for new tires.
Awful service, don’t bother making an appointment. I had an appointment for 1000 and was told would be two hours. Showed back up at 1230 still was in the parking lot not started, was told it would be two more hours. Came back at 1530 they had just taken the tires off. Employees were nice but the service was trash. Like I said don’t make an appointment just get there when they open
Takes 5 days to get your car back when they ordered the wrong tire size and I only ask for my car back so I can work. Spent $400.00 on a rental truck.
If they tell you to come in right away, don't believe it (2 hour wait). If you show up on the time of the appt. and they tell you 5 min to get it on the rack, don't believe it (1 hour). If they tell you it will be 25 minutes to determine if your tires can be aligned, don't believe it (45 minutes). If they tell you the diagnostic check for alignment will be applied to the price of the alignment, don't believe it.
They know how to wheel and deal! Very professional and clean new building. Best price around!
