This place has some real bright people working for them. They were suppose to put tires on my wrangler today but said they couldn’t because the bolts on the rims were going to break the duck bill on there machine. So now not only did they lose the tire sale they have to fix the bolt that they chewed up on my wheel. It could all been avoided if they were bright enough to use a 13mm wrench to remove the bolts before hand. They just couldn’t seem to work that part out though.
I had an appointment at 6pm today for rotation and balance as well getting a tire patched. It’s 9pm and I’m still here. I confronted the guy working here why it’s taking so long and he could careless. Told him this is the last time I buy tires from Kauffman and he said whatever. Nice!
I got new 4 tire wheels . I have 1 nail in it front right wheel. Fix’s all 4 tire. They are nice and kindness . Cost Little bit better then other place.
These guys are excellent they only charged me 20 dollars for a new tire you can’t beat that I’ll defainlty use them again thanks guys

Needed my front brake pads and rotors replaced. Was quoted almost $500. I decided that was just too expensive and took my van to Nicholsons off of Hwy 20. Got my pads and rotors replaced on my front tires for under $200. Cannot believe that I almost paid an extra $300 for something I didn't need. So thankful to Nicholsons for not robbing me and for doing a great job getting my brakes fixed quickly!! I will never go to Kauffman Tire again.
Thank you for taking care of my daughter Ashley Waters today. She was so happy of the deal you gave her and I kept telling her to go to your store. I was there a few weeks ago for my sons truck and you did s great job. The manager is great at this store too.
Very nice and saved my butt staying 45 mins late to plug a tire.
