Well, spent over $1300.00 and ended up getting my sunglasses stolen from my truck in the process. Been over 4 weeks dealing with the store associates. Had to call the regional home office to finally get someone to call me back only to have them tell me they were going to look at the video tapes. That was 7 days ago and still no word on the outcome. Friendly, have my tire replacement in stock
I had four new tires put on and they scratched all four of my rims. I reported it to the district manager. His response was dismissed as curb damage and the scratches on the caps were from sun fading!!! Very dissatisfied!!!! I do NOT recommend using them.
Called ahead to see if I could get my tires rotated and balanced during my lunch break. He said yep, knew my name and said bring it on in. We have you penciled in. Waited over an hour, and my truck didn't even make it into the shop. Had to leave. I've never left this place happy, even when it was Kauffman. I'll never be back.
Purchased a new tire for my vehicle, which is fairly new. They told me they were going to balance all my tires so that the new one is balanced with my current ones. After spending over $200, I get into the car and drive off, and realized they didn’t even check the air pressure in my other tires. In fact my air pressure was almost 8 psi lower in my other tires.
