We called about a price to service our Jetta. After being told $60 on the phone we made an appointment to have it done. After arriving at our appointment we were told that we were given the wrong information and it would be $80. So after up charging us $20 we had to sit and wait a good hour or more after our scheduled appointed time. Now if all this isn’t bad enough, we just went to use our washer fluid for the first time (since love bugs are starting to get bad). After about 2 squirts it ran out. Service is good here, but if you plan on making an appointment to avoid the wait time don't bother. The appointment option online does nothing to get you in faster and avoid the first come first serve order. My car was taken back over an hour after my appointment. That is poor customer service.
