Had my oil changed here a month or two ago, ever since then I’d had a burning smell in my vents. Last Friday my car refused to start, although I’d recently gotten a NEW starter so I was confused at the issue. Today the mechanic (a different car shop) calls and the first question he asks? “Who changed your oil last?” Apparently the cap had not been properly tightened, and my NEW 500$ starter was SATURATED in oil.
