We had a great experience when we bought four new tires for our car. We thankfully purchased the road hazard protection on the new tires. I give them only one star due to the wait times for warranty work. One of the tires got a bubble in the side wall and my wait was over two hours to replace it. Now today I went in for a plug on a different tire and was quoted a two hour wait. Low and behold, my wait was over three hours. I was in a crunch especially after the holidays and you guys made it easy and possible for me to afford what I needed. So I humbly thank you!
I highly recommend Kauffman tires in Plant City. Derek (the store manager) was very friendly and easy to work with. Derek gave us an excellent price on 4 tires. Their service was very professional and friendly, the store location was very clean and tidy. You won't be disappointed by going here!!

I'm reluctantly giving a 3 star because of the paperwork errors! They treated me really well. BUT wrong License # and VIN on my paperwork. No DOT information on my paper for my tires. I am sorry to say I'll probably go somewhere else when I need new tire due to this carelessness in the paperwork.
