I have taken my car to the Plant City Mavis multiple times as I needed tires or oil change and they have always been friendly and helpful
Took my truck in today to get 2 new tires. I was told it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Not a problem. I understood they were busy. Left and came back an hour and a half later to find my truck untouched but the 2 ladies who came in after me (no appt...I know this because one lady asked if I could hold her spot while she went to look for someone) vehicles were in the back being taken care of. My $300 for 2 tires I'll gladly give to another company.

I really liked the courteous and friendly staff at the Plant City store. Excellent service, and product. When work on another car held up mine, they apologized, and discounted the bill. I was a repeat customer and still will be. Thanks guys....
I bought several sets of tires from Bernie and Paul at the Plant City Florida location. Best customer service in the area... I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Took my 2017 Dodge Ram in for brakes. They made me a great deal and had the service completed well ahead of initial estimate. I highly recommend them. They now have all of my business on all my vehicles.
My husband took his car into this Mavis location on June 22nd for an oil change. Just an oil change. We receive a phone call a few hours later that his car was driven into a tree by an employee during a "test drive to get the oil change light off." Since then, we have been fighting with corporate to receive compensation for the vehicle that they totaled (repair shop said the crash did severe structural damage to the vehicle). I have had 3 of my vehicles serviced there and have never had a problem, just had new tires put on my 2000 4 runner and even purchased new tires for my wife's 2016 Camry, they where great at helping us on all our questions about the things needed check like brakes, alignment, of anything else that might need looked at an they did this an gave us great report, neither vehicle need anything extra, which gives to show they are Honest with there work. been using them since they opened an yes sometimes it might take longer then t... read more
