I had an unexpected flat tire due to a nail when trying to leave for work. I went to Mavis Discount Tire and got there before they opened with my four month old. There was ONE gentleman in front of me, they told him it would an hour before they could start (he was requesting a different service). I just needed a tire patched so I could get my daughter to daycare and to work. He also informed me it would be an hour before they could get to it. Best place to go!! My awesome dad bought me tires for Christmas and had them installed on December 31st. On 1/3/2019 I hit a pothole and completely destroyed the tire. I was in touch with Michael first thing the next morning, he had my new tire at the shop by 1, and I was back on the road by 5 PM without having to give an arm and a leg. If you need anything, get with Michael- his customer service is A+, he knows his product, and truly wants the best for his customers. Thanks again!!

Took my wife's car in yesterday and spent over $1200 and told them I would be bringing my truck in today. They didn't say it would be a problem so imagine my surprise when I get there today and ask for a simple oil change that I was told they couldn't get to it until the end of the day. I had planned on getting a lot more done there if they weren't busy and was willing to make a future appointment for the other stuff if they were too busy as long as they could get the oil change done today. I wasted an hour waiting TRYING to get my tires rotated and balanced. They wouldn't put the tires on the back because they said it didn't have enough tread! There's plenty of tread left on the tires!! And when I went to leave I told them I'd be sure to give them a review on my experience the mechanic had a nerve to make a smarta$$ comment!! There's a Discount Tire being built right across the street so I'll be sure to take my business there from now on! I'm sure they wouldn't waste customers times like Kauffman!!
