Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Did not call us before adding to what we asked to be done. Refused to give us a credit or remove items!

had brakes and roters replaced, two days later traveling down I-75 brake caliber came off and break fluid was pouring out all over the road. mavs wouldn't pay for towing or repairs. Service Manager, Tony wouldn't give out his last name. store manager is John. do not go here. the lady at front desk was rude also!!-
Went to the one on waters ave in Tampa. Was given written and phone estimate . Both of those were the same price. When I got to the place,total was twice the price as estimates I had previously gotten. Told me I could bring my own parts and that was fine. But at store they said it was extra for bringing my own parts. Never was that mentioned before with previous estimates.
I was there over 6 hrs for a set of tires
Tried a bait and switch. Not playing that game!
Takes forever to complete work! Tire balance was awful and got put off when attempting to get them rebalanced. And on top of all that, the guy at the counter started to raise his voice at me. I'll never spend another dollar of my hard earned money at this place!

was at Mavis tire today and I had a great experience store manager very good to me had trouble with my tires and wheel and he made it up to me for it I recommend them 100%
