Worst pack of liars ever!
Don't bring your vehicle here unless you are willing to take the chance they will put it on the lift crooked and have to call a tow truck to get it down! Hours wasted and possible damage to my vehicle for purchasing 4 new tires! Ridiculous!!!
Been going to Kauffman tires for around 12years and always happy with them. They ordered the tires I wanted and set up a time for me to have them put on my car. Wonderful friendly service.

I came in to have to tires mounted, a 30 minute job at best. It took an hour and a half as they spent most of the time trying to find something else wrong with the car. Looked out and saw a mechanic sitting on my fender. I got home and found several scratches which were not there before. I've used them for several years, but never again.
I would like to thank you for helping my wife today. She had a nail in her tire and needed a rotation. Y'all took care of it and didn't charge her for any of it. I still can't believe it. Oh and you installed a patch not a plug. Needless to say you have a customer for life. Oh and we have four vehicles so I'm sure we'll be seeing a lot of you. Oh by the way everyone treated her extremely well. Thanks again...
