From the initial meeting with Dave Kauffman we felt that he was the right guy for what we needed. (We had steps built from garage level up to backyard mid level), and back yard walkway and seating/bbq area w/retaining wall to maximize our wonderful views, plus up lights and path lighting both front and rear.. we enjoyed working and discussing the project throughout with him and his team, and with minor tweaks along the way, his knowledge and recommendations while working with our needs were excellent. We had hired another company and had a horrible experience, Kauffman Landscaping had to redo much of the work! Dave is very easy to work with, I will use him again on my next project!
Dave and his team were just fantastic to work with. Dave is professional, friendly, and has the expertise and vision to create something truly beautiful out of nothing. He truly listened to me, and then took my wish list and made it better. I can't say enough about how the entire project turned out. I literally have people stopping on the street to comment on how amazing it looks. I would recommend Dave and his team again and again. I'm looking forward to working with them on my next yard project.

Dave and crew were on time and worked steady throughout the day. Started on the day he scheduled and was finished by the end of the week. Dave gave great suggestions with colors and design for the patio.
These guys are wonderful! They're friendly and hard-working and ask for my opinion/likes and dislikes as they go. I know from what my friends paid for their landscaping that I got a good deal with Kauffman Landscape Services and the quality of rock, masonry, plants and workmanship could not be any better.

I also changed my mind about the project after they'd already started and Dave issued me another quote immediately and changed the plan accordingly. They truly went above and beyond and I feel I got great value for my money. I will absolutely use them for my future landscaping needs.
