We switched to Kauffman ' s this past year after our old company's customer service just wasn't cutting it! We have been nothing but pleased with our service so far but today takes the cake! We had a problem with our stove last night and ended up with fire company here to test the air quality and shut the gas off until it could be looked at. Chris and his team were awesome in helping me understand propane delivery for my new home. They came and installed a temporary tank while the old one was removed and then brought in their big tank. The deliveries are always well managed down my long driveway, they don't crush plants or hit trees!
