RecommendedI recommend them they are great to work with and fast service for deliveries. Just watch when talking to them on phone cause they quote you one price and it's always a higher when bill comes. I told them a certain amount they always seem to give more so then we owe something later. But they are very nice to work with just don't like they are sneaky at times.

It's refreshing to experience what a sweet country America can be. Today our propane supplier (Kauffman Gas, a 3rd generation family-owned, small-town business in Atglen PA) offered its customers a free refill of their grill tank. It was very busy and hot but the staff were all friendly and welcoming and helped carry people's tanks back and forth with a smile. Had problem with my heater this fall, every time I turned it on it smelled like it was burning. I called them and explained what was going with the heater. I had a dead tree fall onto the roof and wasn't sure if it damaged the stack. I happened to be off and they sent Larry over. He did a thorough look at the heater and discovered it was burning too rich. He assured me everything was fine. Great company!
