Dr Greenlee has been exceptionally good and his office staff is professional. Always treated properly. Dr Greenlee has taken care of both myself and my husband.
Dr. Beaton is the best. She always pays close attention, even for telehealth visits during covid. She's answered my emergency calls. She does not rush into diagnoses. She gives me very detailed instructions and prepares me for my referral visits. I'm never switching!
Dr. Jean Beaton is the best PCP I have ever had. She has made a real difference in the quality of my life. As someone with some complex medical issues, I often have a hard time finding a physician who is willing to take the time to understand how various factors interact and how to prescribe medications when there may be interactions. Dr. Greenlee is wonderful, as is his nurse practitioner Catherine Chapman. However, whoever calls in prescriptions there has made an alarming number of errors with my stuff in the two years I've been a patient. Pay close attention to what's actually prescribed to you and don't leave your pharmacy before you've confirmed the prescription they called in matches your notes! I wish I was kidding.
The absolute worst experience. Zero customer service and patient care orientation.
