THIS COMPANY IS HIGHLY CUSTOMER ORIENTED, IT IS SO EASY TO DEAL WITH THEM, THEY GAVE US A COMPETITIVE QUOTE, CAME ON TIME AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID THE CLEANING EFFICIENTLY AND IN A TIMELY MANNER, THEY WERE DONE WITHIN TWO HOURS, LEAVING OUR CARPETS COMPLETELY CLEAN AND STAINLESS, WE SHALL DEFINITELY CALL THEM NEXT TIME AND RECOMMEND TO ALL,
His rates are reasonable, the quality of work excellent, he really takes the time to do the job right.. The other thing that really impressed me was the customer service.. He was always early--for the estimate, for the first job, for the second job--and my calls were either answered by him, his wife, or promptly returned.. That's no small thing for any small family business that works all over the city, let alone one as busy as theirs.
