I was well informed about my treatment last year with an experienced oncologist and nurse after my surgery. I have to wait awhile to see a doctor each time I go because the office is of moderate size but it can become over crowded at times. Nevertheless, the staff works very diligently to escort patients in and out of their treatment.

Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research.
