Katzen has poor bedside manners. Just another number (patient) to him unfortunately. The staff (WPB location) does not value patients time nor money as I had to go back in for a second eye exam as the first one was not the correct exam for what I was actually there for. These unnecessary double visits involved me missing time from work along with being dilated twice. I had lasik yesterday and I couldn’t be happier! It has completely changed my life already. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the contacts/glasses life. Thank you, Dr. Katzen, and everyone at the center!
Great staff and doctors. They explain the procedure and what to expect. I was nervous, but they put me as ease. I’m glad I did the Lasik procedure. I can see without glasses or contacts.
I had LASIK with Dr Katzen and was amazed at the ease of the procedure and how quickly I had optimal results. His office staff is wonderful and both locations are very efficiently run. I definitely recommend Dr Katzen and his staff!
Dr. Katzen and his staff are absolutely amazing! I could never thank them enough for giving me the amazing gift of sight! I would recommend his office for anyone considering lasik. Well worth the investment!
