Caveat Emptor. This is the worst, dangerous unethical property management company by far, that I have ever delt with. My personal property was vandalized on site, I was asulted in my building by another tenant, I witnessed domestic abuse (stabbings), psychological & physical damage to the point I had to leave and seek medical and psychological care that was not available to me in the State of Wisconsin. Slumlords do not rent with them
The worst property company to involve yourself with. My boyfriend, his friend and I just wanted to tour the apartment complex and put it as an option for a potential living space and they had us put in an application ( which at the time we did not know was a lease agreement) and we had all signed it. We were not aware that it was a lease agreement and didn’t even have to go through security and credit check. We thought we got out of the lease and now we are in collections for a bill that we weren’t even supposed to have. ( w... read more
