Been in quite a few Katz properties and they are very poorly managed.
My actual review is zero stars. Since being bought by Katz properties the property has taken a nose-dive. Save yourself and do NOT move here or live in any Katz properties under any circumstances. Not only was there a car fire here on January 20th, which has left extensive damage to the building, they also hired servepro to do repairs and they severely mishandled our homes, leaving them open with no security for over 72 hours while we were displaced.
