One of the first things he said was”Sir I’m a Christian” well I told him what I thought The problem was and he still charged me the extra 100$ to troubleshoot, he could have at least absorbed it into the overall cost. It’s called greed. Money’s the root of all evil. Christians don’t rip people off. I’m a Christian. $600+ dollars for a new fuel Pump in my ford ranger. Save your money and go to Muellers

We had a rear main seal, oil pan gasket, and another smaller leak fixed by Katz. No more drops of oil on the driveway, everything went smooth.
I had work done on my car & repeatedly took it in for them to fix the sqeaking brakes after they supposedly did $600 worth of work on my car. Every time I got it back it was still sqeaking even after Jeff the main guy said he drove it for miles and heard nothing. They even were arguing in front of me with one another as to who would ride with me on the 3rd visit after the intial visit as to who would drive with me to hear it. Not very happy @ all! I will endless recommend this shop... My truck broke last night and I called up Jeff at 7 last night. They were closing, but he talked me through what might be the issue. Then he came in, out of normal open hours, to take a closer look so I would know what might be wrong with it. Everyone at Katz is always so good to me. I know my truck is in safe and reliable hands with this company. I've never felt more supported.
