Dr. Wiltz is probably the best doctor I've ever had for listening, understanding, explaining and really caring. She took care not to cause any unnecessary pain or discomfort during surgery. And I got an appointment with her a month earlier than my previous dermatologist, as their practice seems to have been taken over with botox patients / victims. I highly recommend her.
