Lifetime Coumadin patient since 29 now going on 50 and only given 30 day supply at a time. Ran out this month and went in person to get a prescription for temporary till order came in and left empty handed even after my Coumadin doctor was notified. Called this morning and was shuffled on the phone till put on hold and finally gave up. This is a processing plant and they really don't care about the patients or needs! Baton Rouge VA was awesome and was like family. This place sucks!!!!!!!!!!!
So my appointment was at 10:30 its 11:20 I'm still sitting here the nurse comes in since I'm sorry I'm volunteering over here I say you're getting a paycheck that's not volunteering
I have been waiting on an Appt., pain consult, or pain assessment since August 2016! Now it's December, pain still the same and hvnt received a consultation nor have I received care for my ailments!
A couple of months ago I walked out on the doctor I had at the VA in Katy……Total jerk…..Filled out form for another doctor and later talked to the Patient Advocate at Katy and supposedly received that change……Checking today about another issue and found the change in doctors had not been taken care of…….No idea why….. Why is it that the VA is SO incompetent
Doctor's don't listen to what you have to say. Tried to get a refill of my high blood pressure medicine wanted me to come back for several test. Went to private doctor got my message the same day. Sad that veterans have to resort to these things just to get meds. Sorry but the doctors work for us and need to take care of our problems. I never get what I want done every time I come.
