So I have read a bit about the benefits of cryotherapy, but I was not expecting the tremendous improvement after just one session. Prior to visiting Katy Trail Cryo I had been on a six hour march. Needless to say that I was beyond sore, knees and ankles creaking and such. Stepping out of the Cryo chamber I was ready for another around of laps on the Katy Trail. I’m a firm believer in these treatments, and grateful for the over and above customer service, provided by the staff of Katy Trail Cryo!
The staff is Extraodinary! Cryo has really helped me with many issues and I love the Neurospa chairs (a must try!) and the Norma tech boots. The owners and staff know more about cryotherapy than you’ve ever thought to ask. It’s just a joy to be there and it keeps me moving with far less pain.
Wonderful experience and great staff! Explained all well for this newbie. Top notch.
