Update: I wrote this review on Friday. Monday morning I get a voicemail from the office about this review. I don’t care how you try to justify it - NOTHING will explain the fact that I was almost pressured into getting an expensive crown when I did not need one. Ugh. Really disappointed with my last experience here. I’d been going to this office for a while and things were fine—until my most recent cleaning. Ugh. Really disappointed with my last experience here. I’d been going to this office for a while and things were fine—until my most recent cleaning. They told me I needed a crown on one of my molars and made it sound super urgent. I felt pressured into putting a down payment on their most expensive option, with lines like “you don’t want to wait” and other scare tactics that made me think my tooth was in bad shape. I have been a patient at this office for a few years now. The staff have always been pleasant and friendly. I have seen multiple doctors (which I don’t mind) and they have all been upfront with my dental needs. I’ve never felt like they were trying to sell me. Yesterday I watched a patient get upset with the front desk lady and all I can say is that she handled that situation with grace and was professional. If you’re looking for a dental office that will show you compassionate care, this is the place.
