I like that the doctors don’t just assume that my child has a virus and send us on our way. They order bloodwork to determine if what they have is viral or bacterial and then treat accordingly. My daughter was constantly sick for years and Dr. Nithya was the first doctor to not dismiss me. She referred us to a specialist whom finally found the root cause of her issues. Doctors are great! Staff and nurses are friendly. I was there today with my son, he was in the room not feeling well and nurse Dominique came into the room and cheer him up. She gave him a stuff puppy and he smiled and started playing. Thank you!
Very poorly run clinic. Called me 30 mins before to cancel my appointment that I had for months. Never waited under an hour when we do go. Parking is a complete nightmare. Staff is rude and very unhelpful. One of the doctors put my daily medicine when she was two. She had been taking it for over a year and a half when another doctor in the practice said he would never put a child under four on that medicine. Great helpful staff, clean, on time!
My kids are patients of Dr. Nithya and Dr. Moreno for check ups and most sickly visits, but we have also seen Dr. Shaw a few times when they aren’t available. All the staff at KMP are amazing! The nurses are very friendly and great with the kids, and very responsive. My daughter’s favorite is when the doctor “pulls the lollipop out of her ear” at the end of her visit. Doctor is good. Management is beyond terrible. They overbook appointments. Average waiting time 1 hour. They cancel appointment without telling you. No regrets or apologies. They do not listen they just talk and save the moment. They also have that ridiculous glass that they close on you and write on it no touch no open. It makes you ask what kind of a place and service is this ?
Unfortunately they had a hard time keeping up with appointments! Example if you had an appointment at 1:00pm, the Dr. wouldn't see you till 2:00 pm, it hard when you have a crying 3-9 month old that needs to be breastfed every 2 hrs. We used to try to get around this by getting appointments at 9:00 am. Regardless too exhausting, I agree with the other reviews the front office is very rude!!
