First time homebuyer here. Jay was awesome to work with. He knew exactly what we wanted before we knew what we were looking for. He was able to decipher what we were looking for and was able to show us homes that met everything we were looking for. He went out of his way to shows areas across tomball, Houston, Conroe and magnolia till we found the one. He made the process extremely smooth with his knowledge and understanding of how the buisness works. 100 percent recommend him if your looking to purchase a home or even sell.

Jay was a great help to my husband and I. He helped set us up for success! A year ago we spoke on how to improve our credit and chances for qualifying for the best rates possible. Yesterday we were able to close on our 1st home and we are very grateful for all Jay was able to do for us 😊 His knowledge on home structures and utilities is a big plus as he was always pointing out details we would’ve never noticed. Being a first time home buyer was scary but Jay made the process go smooth and easy. He was there from beginning to end. Very knowledgeable and professional. He was very helpful, patient, and TRUSTWORTHY. Even after the purchase of our home he was still available to answer ANY questions. After a hardship in our family he helped my mom lease her home and we will forever thank him for that!!! He has become a very good friend to us and my family. Going above and beyond as always.
