I've used Katy Flower Shop several times over the past couple of years. I've ALWAYS been super impressed with their arrangements. This time I stopped by to pick up the arrangement in person, and they were super helpful and made sure the arrangement was perfect before I left. Outstanding customer service from start to finish.
Friday October 17th 2025 I contacted Katy Flower Shop. A friend of mine there near Katy was having her birthday party and I couldn't attend from Oklahoma City, OK but I did want to send her something because I hated I couldn't get there. I contacted this flower shop to see if they would be able to deliver it next day with me contacting them kind of late on Friday.
