Very lovely service and timely delivery. The floral arrangement was beautiful and greatly appreciated by the bereaved family during a difficult time. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide the sender with a photo of the completed arrangement upon delivery. This would offer reassurance that the flowers arrived as intended and allow the sender to see the final presentation. Overall, a positive experience, and I would happily recommend this florist.
