So I went in here with my kids because we’re all sick, stopped up, couching, and throat hurting right and who ever the doctor was that was on duty did nothing but quickly looked at out throats and listened to out heart beat. That’s it didn’t try to test us for covid or nothing then gone say go to your primary care provider like really!!!! you should have told us this before we wasted time checking in and signing paper work. Thank. GOD. I was DREADING having to go to an ER because I've had sooo many terrible medical experiences, especially regarding pain management, and I was hurting 9/10 when I showed up here. Hermann Memorial Sports Medicine rehab is pretty well the same every time you go they have coffee and tea in the front reception area they have the two ladies at the front counter so that you can pay any fees is required also answer any questions or if you need help with your Memorial Hermann software usually you have to fill out some question and answers

My sister was here recently and it took 6 hours to transfer her to the hospital to find out the inept staff improperly put in her IV. Do not take your family or loved ones here. They don't know what they're doing and don't seem to care
