Poor service; we felt they were uncomfortable because we don't speak fluent English. I live in Katy, but they sent the prescribed medications to Richmond.
Excellent care here from start to finish. Front lady was friendly. Got in quickly and into a room in just about 15 minutes. My nurses Elsa and Mila were so proficient and kind, and Dr. Karin was most knowledgeable and had superb bedside care.
I am not satisfied with my experience at the hospital. I felt the service was not well explained, especially regarding the procedures and billing. After my visit, I received a very high bill that I was not expecting and was not clearly explained to me. I hope there will be better communication and transparency with patients in the future.
My nephew had an injury where he fractured his spine and sternum. He was seen immediately and the entire staff from front desk to the back were extremely helpful, attentive and compassionate. His name was called while we were still at the front desk checking in. He had to be transferred downtown but they made sure he was comfortable and the nurse, doctor and front desk lady all kept checking in and went above and beyond. Would return here anytime, highly recommend.
