They save people!
This center is horrible. The nurse that saw me was nice in triage but the doctor herself was passive and rude. Essentially a I’m sorry you don’t feel good go to urgent care or go to cvs to buy a test because you aren’t dying and would take too many resources in an ER that is not even busy at the time. Then hardly answers a question before leaving the room. No compassion, no care but that seems to be the memorial Hermann way. Will only go to Methodist from now on. Yeah I wouldn't come here if you want to be treated with any respect. Nurse Morgan especially should never be around patients especially anyone struggling with a health concern. She has zero compassion. Super rude and dismissive. The first words out of her mouth were insults. We left AMA and went somewhere else it was so bad. Please get her some sensitivity or bedside manner training.
