Katty was able to work in the moment with me, helping me see my internal patterns that were causing my relational and emotional problems. Over time, I was able to see them myself outside of the office and I was able to choose different ways of feeling, thinking, and responding in relationships.
Katty is a great therapist and a wonderful couples counselor. She has a real knack for working with people and helping them to understand what really underlies their thoughts, beliefs, actions, and behaviors. She is great, whether working individually or with a partner, and time spent with her has been extremely helpful and healing. I would recommend Katty without reservation.
