Katt Carpet and Upholstry is a friendly, communicative, professional business. I set up an appointment online through their website. They contacted me for photos of my couches that I wanted cleaned. They gave me email and text message reminders of when I requested them to come. They showed up and walked me through their process. They helped me pay them online with my card through their phone.
